How do I use the new Reporting Email Tool?

Reporting Email Tool – Look for the new “Reporting Email Tool” in Alteryx 5.0. The Reporting Email tool allows you to use a data stream to send emails for each record. This tool automatically detects SMTP address, and will allow attachments or even e-mail generated reports.

To configure the properties dialog, you can select fields that contain your “To:” e-mail address, “From:” e-mail address, and “Subject:” line. There is also an option to add Attachments. The “Body:” of the e-mail is also stored in a feld. The Reporting Email Tool makes it easy to distribute regularly scheduled modules and reports.
